Bridge Builders
Your daughter is pulling away and you don't know why.
Every conversation ends in conflict or uncomfortable silence.
You're walking on eggshells, afraid to say the wrong thing, but somehow you end up saying all the wrong things.
She's set boundaries you don't understand so you probably don’t fully respect them. You try to ask questions, but that doesn’t work either.
You feel like you're losing her. Like the relationship you dreamed of having is slipping through your fingers.
What if you could learn how to reach her again?
Bridge Builders is an 8-week group program designed specifically for mothers who want to repair relationships with their adult daughters (18+). This isn't about blame or who's right or wrong. This is about learning how to show up DIFFERENTLY, how to be the mother she needs NOW, not the one you were when she was young.
What To Expect
Week 1-2: Understanding What Went Wrong
Why your daughter pulled away (and why she might not be able to articulate it)
The generational patterns you inherited that you didn't know you were repeating
What emotional safety actually means to adult daughters
Why 'I did my best' doesn't land the way you think it does
Week 3-4: Learning to Apologize and Repair
How to apologize in a way that actually heals (not just makes you feel better)
What NOT to say when she tells you something hurt her
How to acknowledge pain without making it about you
The difference between explaining your intentions and defending yourself
Week 5-6: Navigating Her Boundaries
How to respect her boundaries without feeling rejected
What to do when her boundaries feel unreasonable
How to stop taking her need for space personally
Building the relationship SHE'S willing to have, not the one you wish for
Week 7-8: Healing Your Own Mother Wounds
Understanding how your relationship with YOUR mother affects how you show up for your daughter
Breaking the cycles you inherited
Processing your own pain without putting it on your daughter
Becoming the mother you wish you had
This Program Will Challenge You
〰️
This Program Will Challenge You 〰️
I'm not going to tell you that you're right and your daughter is wrong. I'm not going to validate the 'ungrateful daughter' narrative.
Instead, I'm going to help you see things from her perspective, even when it's uncomfortable. I'm going to teach you how to show up differently. I'm also going to hold space for your pain while also holding you accountable for change.
You'll be in a group of other mothers who are on the same journey. Women who understand what it's like to love your daughter fiercely while also feeling completely lost about how to reach her.
