Group Coaching for Mother-Daughter Healing
Connection. Support. Community.
If you've been working on your mother wound or trying to break patterns with your own daughter, you know how isolating it can feel. You might wonder if you're the only one who still gets triggered, or if other mothers also worry they're repeating the same mistakes.
Healing happens faster and goes deeper when you're surrounded by women who get it. Women who won't judge you for the messy, complicated feelings that come up around mothers and daughters.
Sometimes what you need isn't another self-help book. Sometimes you need to hear another woman say "me too" and realize you're not broken, you're just human.
Whether you're healing your own mother wound, trying to parent differently, or working to repair a relationship with your daughter, there's a space here for you.
Hey
I’m Brittney
I’m a licensed therapist and coach who focuses on the mother daughter relationship at every stage. I am an eldest daughter, I am raising a daughter, and I understand what mothers and daughters need. I have spent years helping mothers and daughters reconnect and adult daughters heal their hearts.
Being in commuunity of like minded people, means being seen. I want that for you, because it did wonders for my growth and healing.
Find Your Group
There are four groups, each designed for a specific stage of the mother-daughter journey.
Click the group you would like to know more about.
Raising Teens Differently
For mothers who want to stay connected to their teenage daughters through the push and pull of adolescence.
Who this is for:
This group is for you if your daughter is pulling away and you're not sure how to hold on without holding too tight. You see the eye rolls coming, feel the distance growing, and you're scared of losing her. You remember what it was like to be a teenage girl who needed her mom but couldn't admit it, and you don't want your daughter to go through that alone. You want to navigate the teenage years differently than your own mothers did. You know these years are critical, and you're willing to learn new ways of communicating and connecting before the gap becomes too wide.
What will be different:
By the end of this program, you'll understand what's actually happening in your daughter's brain and body during these years. You'll know how to give her space without giving up. You'll have tools for staying calm when she's not, and for keeping communication open even when she's shutting you out. You'll learn how to be the safe place she can always come back to, even when she's testing every boundary you've set. And, you'll do it surrounded by other moms who are right there with you, figuring it out together.

Safety In Sisterhood
For women parenting small children who find their mother wound is being triggered every single day.
Who this is for:
This group is for you if you're a mom to young kids and you keep catching yourself saying or doing things your mother did. You lose your patience faster than you'd like. You feel guilty and can’t always explain why. You're exhausted from trying to get it all right while your own needs sit at the bottom of an endless to-do list. You who want to heal their mother wound while raising your children, not after. You know your kid(s) deserve the best version of you, and you are willing to do the inner work to make that happen.
What will be different:
By the end of this program, you'll understand what actually triggers you and why. You'll have tools to pause before reacting. You'll feel more in control of your responses instead of feeling hijacked by big emotions, andyou'll finally give yourself permission to take care of you without the guilt that usually comes with it.
Most importantly, you'll know you're not doing this alone. You'll have a community of women who understand exactly what it's like to love your kids fiercely while also working through your own childhood pain.

Bridge Builders
For mothers whose adult daughters have pulled away or cut off contact.
Who this is for:
This group is for you if your daughter isn't speaking to you, or if the relationship feels so strained that you're afraid of losing her completely. You replay conversations in your head, wondering what went wrong. You might feel confused, hurt, or defensive, or all three at once. You want to understand what happened, even when it's painful to look at. You're willing to examine your own patterns and take responsibility for your part, because what you want most is a chance to make things right.
What will be different:
By the end of this program, you'll understand why adult daughters become estranged and what factors contribute to that distance. You'll be able to see the relationship from your daughter's perspective, even if you don't agree with everything she feels. You'll learn what you can control (your own behavior, your responses, your healing) and what you can't (her timeline, her choices, her readiness). You'll have a clearer path forward: whether that's working toward reconciliation or learning how to find peace with the relationship as it is right now. You'll be surrounded by mothers who understand this particular kind of heartbreak.

Mother Wound Circle
For any woman who has been hurt by her mother and wants to heal in community with other women who understand.
Who this is for:
This group is for you if you're carrying pain from your relationship with your mother, whether that's ongoing hurt, unresolved anger, or the quiet ache of never feeling good enough. Maybe you have kids, maybe you don't. Maybe you're just starting to name what happened to you, or maybe you've been in therapy for years and you're ready for the next layer. You’re tired of healing alone. You want to be in a room (virtual) with other women who won't minimize your experience or tell you “she’s still your mom." Women who know that mother wounds are real, they're deep, and they deserve to be witnessed and healed.
What will be different:
By the end of this program, you'll have a deeper understanding of how your relationship with your mother shaped you and how you can reshape your life moving forward. You'll learn to identify your triggers, set boundaries that actually work, and stop abandoning yourself to keep the peace. You'll start to trust your own voice again. You'll feel less alone in your pain. You'll be surrounded by women who remind you that healing is possible, even when the relationship with your mother doesn't change.
