You're welcome here. This program will help you understand why estrangement might have happened and how to create conditions for possible reconciliation. It will also helping you find peace if reconciliation doesn't happen.
No. Your daughter doesn't need to be fixed. This program is about understanding her perspective, healing your own wounds, and showing up differently. The goal is to create safety and trust, not to change her.
No. This program is specifically designed for mothers of ADULT daughters (18+). The dynamics are very different. If you have a teen daughter, please consider my Raising Teens Differently program instead.
